Trevor co-founded Infinity Financial Solutions in 2004 and led it for 22 years, building a regulated advisory and insurance group across Southeast Asia and China and growing client assets under advice to around 275 million US dollars before its acquisition by Hoxton Wealth in July 2025, where he continues to lead the business as Director (Lead).
He established and directed regulated entities across multiple jurisdictions, including Labuan, Hong Kong, Mauritius, Cambodia and Thailand, and developed a licensed insurance joint venture in Cambodia with Royal Group. His board work centres on governance, controls and regulatory oversight.
Director (Lead) following Hoxton Wealth's acquisition of Infinity Financial Solutions in July 2025, the firm's first and largest acquisition in Asia. Trevor leads the business he founded and built, integrating its clients, advisers and regulated entities into Hoxton's international platform.
A licensed non life insurer in Cambodia, established as a joint venture with Royal Group and launched by the Minister of Economy and Finance. Trevor has served on the board as a non executive director since 2006, and now chairs the Audit Committee, overseeing internal and external audit, controls and regulatory matters.
Leadership, mentoring and training
The contribution that does not show up in a set of accounts: building teams, developing people, and passing on what two decades has taught. It is what strengthens a non executive role, and it opens the door to advisory, consultancy and project work across industry.
Over 22 years Trevor built and led the Infinity team, and made a point of developing the people in it. The result was a business known as much for its culture and the loyalty of its people as for its performance, with many of the team staying for years. For a board, this is the part of a non executive contribution that matters most: judgement on people, culture and succession, not only the numbers.
Trevor designs and delivers training himself: sales coaching, technical and regulatory skills, and team building, and he hosts and presents strategy at annual conferences. He continues to build and deliver training programmes within Hoxton Wealth. It is a capability that lends itself to advisory, consultancy and project work as readily as to the board table.

Alongside his board work, Trevor advises a select group of high net worth international clients. New relationships are taken on by introduction or referral only, and Trevor accepts only a handful of new clients each year, so that each receives his direct attention.
He works with internationally mobile individuals and families who want experienced, transparent and genuine guidance across the whole of their financial lives. Many have been with him for well over a decade, often across generations.
The approach is personal and long term. Trevor takes time to understand each client's circumstances and goals before anything else, then coordinates the right specialists, in pension, tax, legal and trust matters, whenever a question calls for them. In 2004 he co-founded Infinity Financial Solutions, set up to give the expatriate community in Asia the clear, independent advice and dependable service it had been missing.
Over the following 22 years he built Infinity into a respected advisory and insurance group with offices across Southeast Asia and China, advising thousands of individual and corporate clients and overseeing client assets of around 275 million US dollars. In 2025 the business was acquired by Hoxton Wealth in the firm's first and largest acquisition in Asia. Alongside the build, he developed a licensed insurance joint venture in Cambodia, Infinity General Insurance, with Royal Group, where he serves as a non executive director and chairs the Audit Committee.
Originally from South Africa and now based in the United Kingdom after many years in Asia, Trevor is a member of the Chartered Insurance Institute and holds regulatory qualifications across Thailand, Hong Kong and Singapore. He is known for direct, straightforward communication and for building relationships that last for decades, often across generations.
